Data storage & processing
We use secure, professional infrastructure for storage and processing. Our systems are hosted in Calgary, Alberta. AI photo processing and payments are handled by trusted third-party providers. Your photos, customer details, and job records are stored with encryption and access controls. We do not use your data for advertising or resale.
No resale of data
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Your customer lists and job history are yours. We use data only to deliver the service you use.
Encryption & access
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is logged for security and audit. We follow industry practices to keep your information secure.
Privacy compliance
We follow Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA. You control what data you collect from customers and how long it is retained. You can request access, correction, or deletion — see our Privacy Policy.
AI processing
Photos are processed by our AI for volume estimation only. Processing runs in secure environments. We do not use your or your customers' photos to train models for other clients or unrelated products.
Payment security
VolumeOps subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or security codes (such as CVC) on VolumeOps servers. Stripe collects and processes card data as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider.
